The Dotnetnuke email and newsletter design process

Our Dotnetnuke based email and newsletter design service can be broken down into 5 main steps. Below is a walk through of these steps.

1. Contact, Design Brief, and Quote - The first step to any design is the initial contact between you, the client, and our designer. You can contact us through your own email or the contact form on our site.

During the initial conversation we will establish the requirement of the campaign through a design brief. Within the brief you can outline the main elements of the email, along with logos, content imagery, and any examples of design you like. From this we can build a quote, specifying costs and timescale for the design.

2. Initial Proposals - From the design brief and initial conversation, a set of initial design proposals will be created. These proposals are posted online and a link sent to you. At this point we get you to look over the designs and provide us with a list of refinements.

3. Refinements - From your list of refinements, we will amend the design and put together a final layout.

4. HTML build and test - The final layout is then constructed into a working HTML based email. This HTML is thoroughly tested on a number of email clients and web browsers to check for cross platform compatibility.

5. Implementation of the HTML email on the built in DNN newsletter facility - After the build is complete, we send you all the relevant files and information so that you can implement the email through the built in DNN bulk email facility. We will also provide you with support for the design giving you a walk through of how to send it through your dotnetnuke site.

Dotnetnuke email campaign design
Send us a brief and content for your dotnetnuke email campaign and a designer will create a set of proposals for you to choose from. We can supply designs for single page emails, or larger projects including personalisation and landing pages.
After sign-off, your designer will convert the proposal into a working HTML email. All designs are tested using our own DNN bulk email facility as well as many of the top email clients and browsers, giving them the best possible chance for success.
The HTML email and supporting files are then forwarded to you ready to be sent through your dotnetnuke newsletter facility. We will also supply a dnn email guide and step by step walk through in .pdf as well as links to the online version.
